Terms & Conditions

Seasons are defined as follows and are approximate according to calendar years;

Winter: December to mid April.

Summer: June to mid September.

Payments must be made either by credit/debit card or bank transfer. All prices quoted are in Euros.

Prices during the Winter season are per person per night on a Half Board basis.

Prices during the Summer are on a Bed & Breakfast basis.

Not included in the pricing

General conditions

It is a condition of booking that all guests have adequate health and travel insurance, which must cover cancellation costs.

We cannot accept liability or pay compensation if we are forced to cancel, curtail or in any way change your holiday due to circumstances amounting to ‘force majeure’. Such circumstances shall include, but are not limited to, war, riot, civil strife, political dispute; industrial dispute (actual or threatened), terrorist activity (actual or threatened), natural or nuclear disaster, fire, technical problems with, machinery, transport or equipment, closure or congestion of airports or ports, border closures, adverse weather conditions and similar events beyond our control.

Reservations

Receipt of a completed Booking Form and payment of deposit (or the full amount if less than 8 weeks to your arrival) will secure your booking.

The balance will fall due eight weeks before your arrival. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation

Cancellation will take effect when written notification from the party leader has been received or the balance has not been paid. In such cases, the following charges will occur:

More than 8 weeks: deposit

Within 8 weeks: 40%

Within 6 weeks: 60%

Within 4 weeks: 80%

Within 2 weeks: 100%
