We’re so unbelievably excited to invite our favourite people in the world to our special day!
The mountains are where we fell in love, and we’ve shared so many firsts in the Alps—New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, living together, and embracing vegetarianism haha.
It feels only right to tie the knot where it all began.
Your love and support have been an integral part of our journey, and we couldn’t imagine this moment without you. #WednShredbaby!
We are delighted to say that our wedding will be held at The Farmhouse Mas De La Coutettaz, right in the heart of Morzine, in the French Alps.
The main event will be on Sunday, but we plan to arrive a few days early for prep and intend to ski the week after. We would love for you to join in on the skiing fun, après-ski, and antics!

Geneva in Switzerland is the closest international airport. It’s a 1 hour 15 minute drive from Morzine. The easiest way to get from Geneva Airport is by booking a return transfer, this will drop you directly to your chosen accommodation in Morzine. We recommend booking the transfer service via this link to receive a 10% rebate on their published rates. Alternatively, Lyon airport, in France is 2 hours 15 minutes away.
If you wish to hire a car from the airport instead, there are many companies located at Geneva Airport. Please note, there is both a Swiss and a French side of the airport – It is usually more cost effective to hire a car from the French side of the airport but it would be worth checking both sets of operators just in case.
You might decide to rent a car from the airport or drive all the way to Morzine. If your accommodation has limited parking space, we can recommend the following car parks, all a few minutes walking distance from The Farmhouse:
Parking Joux Plane
Parking du Bourg
Parking de l’Office de Tourism
Answer: Please note that the wedding ceremony will be outside and, weather permitting, will last a maximum of 30 minutes. We recommend layering thermals under suits and wearing big warm jackets! We’ll soon warm up by the big fire in the Farmhouse and dance the night away to the live band. If the outdoor conditions are too severe, we have a backup plan to host the ceremony inside. Please dress appropriately for the chilly weather—lots of layers!
The dress code is “dress to impress,” with options like black tie, but we also want you to wear comfortable shoes in case the ceremony is held in the snow. Ladies, we want you to be comfortable enough to dance the night away, so opt for shoes that allow you to enjoy every moment!
Answer: Please note that the invitation is specifically for the person’s name on it, and we can’t allow plus-ones unless their name is mentioned. We sincerely apologise for this but want to keep the day intimate with those who mean the most to us.
If your partner or family would like to join in on the rest of the week’s activities, we would love to have them, but we are limited with numbers for the wedding itself.
Please don’t feel awkward about this; it’s nothing personal, and several couples find themselves in the same situation.
Thank you for your understanding!
Please know that Morzine uses the euro. We recommend the following hotels within a 5-minute walk to the venue:
– Tourista Hotel
– Le Chablais
– Village Club du Soleil Morzine
– Hotel Le Sporting
– Hotel La Clef des Champs
– Hotel Rhodos Morzine
For those considering a hostel, Hideout Hostel is about an 8-minute walk away.
We also recommend renting chalets, especially for larger groups of friends or families. If you’d like to know who’s on the guest list, we’d be happy to share names to help with your accommodation arrangements.
