We would love for you to join us in the mountains to celebrate our wedding from Friday 30th June – Sunday 2nd July 2023.
Since we met in 2018, Morzine has become a second home to us. It is where we had our first holiday together and have enjoyed many happy holidays since, indulging our shared passion for sport and the outdoors – ski holidays in the winter to hiking, trail running and cycling in the summer.
It is where we have shared some of our happiest times and we can’t wait for our family and friends to experience it with us!
Our wedding will be held at The Farmhouse Mas De La Coutettaz – a fairy-tale location at the heart of Morzine, in the French Alps.
Friday 30th June 2023
12:30 – Please feel free to join us at Lac du Montriond for a fun afternoon by the lake (if you don’t have a car there are local buses from Morzine which take around 15 minutes). Bring your swimmers!
19:00 – 22:00 – Welcome drinks and pizza at La Rotonde, 890 Avenue de Joux Plane, 74110 Morzine.

14:00 – Ceremony (to be held on the front lawn at The Farmhouse – please arrive 15 minutes before the start time)
14.30 – Champagne reception & canapés
17.00 – Dinner & party

12.30 – Post wedding BBQ (at The Farmhouse)
The Farmhouse is a 75 minute drive from Geneva, and it is a straightforward journey from Geneva Airport or central railway station by one of the following options:
Geneva in Switzerland is the closest international airport. It’s a 1 hour 15 minutes drive away from Morzine.
We recommend booking the transfer service via this link to receive a 10% rebate on their published rates.
You might decide to rent a car from the airport and drive directly to Morzine. If your accommodation has limited parking space, we can recommend the following car parks, all a few minutes walking distance from The Farmhouse:
Whilst we love them dearly, we are planning an adult-only wedding (with the exception of a few very close family members and babes in arms) although children are welcome to join us at the lake during the day on Friday and for the BBQ on Sunday.

Please do keep in mind that Morzine is at 1000m altitude (3281 feet). As always in the mountains, the weather can be unpredictable. It can be very hot during summer days and relatively fresh during the evening so please plan your outfit accordingly!
Important note for the ladies: we will spend most of the time on grass so we suggest leaving stiletto heels at home!

Le Chasse Montagne in Les Gets is a short drive away but is also a great spot for dinner or a drink with a spectacular view!
We plan to celebrate the ceremony and drinks reception outside in the garden. For the dinner we will also be outside but under a stretch tent with heaters.
There will be a contingency in case of rain.
Renting a car is not necessary. We recommend using the link above to book a private or group transfer from the airport which will be door to door.
Morzine is a small town and with the exception of the lake gathering on Friday, all wedding events / activities can easily be reached on foot. There is a free shuttle bus during the day that takes you around the town and to nearby resorts if you wish to explore the local area during your stay in Morzine.
If you do decide to rent a car, you can rent from either the French or Swiss side of Geneva airport. The French side is generally slightly cheaper.
We appreciate that guests are travelling a long way to celebrate our wedding with us, for which we are extremely grateful. We therefore do not expect gifts.

The Farmhouse has a limited number of rooms and will be booked out exclusively for our wedding party.
There are plenty of accommodation options in Morzine and nearby Montriond (5 minute drive away).
